A: Our cameras are rented as a package with film, however if you have extra, compatible film, feel free to use it during your hire period.

Q: Do you deliver Australia-wide?
A: Yes, we offer delivery across Australia, express post through Australia Post.

Q: How do I return the camera after my event?
A: Returning the cameras is easy! Pack them back in the original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label included in your package and drop it off at your nearest post office within 5 days of your event.

 

​Q: What happens if the camera is damaged or lost during my hire?
A: We understand accidents happen. Let us know immediately, and we’ll assess the situation. Damages and loss may incur a repair fee taken from your bond.

Q: How does the camera hire process work?
A: It’s simple! Choose your package, book your dates, and we’ll deliver the instant camera and supplies to you. After your event, return the cameras within 5 days using our prepaid shipping label.

 

Q: How long can I keep the camera?
A: Our standard hire period is 5 days, but we’re happy to accommodate longer hires upon request.

A: Each package includes instant cameras, a set amount of film, charged batteries, and return shipping.
